What’s New for 2026

Fresh off of a successful redesign for the 2025 model year, Cadillac kept changes to a minimum in 2026. Most of the updates are related to shuffling and renaming within the trim lineup, as six levels are now available, including a new base model. Elite Luxury

It’s hard to do justice to everything the Cadillac Escalade offers to ensure the most luxurious trip on the road, but for starters, there’s the fact that all but one of the six trim levels offer some form of leather seating. As one example, the Platinum Luxury, Platinum Sport, and V-Series trims have full semi-aniline leather, in either jet black with Mondrian quilting or sheer gray with jet black accents and faceted quilting. Speaking of those seats, the top three trim levels each offer executive second-row seats, which transform the Escalade into a private jet on four wheels, adding full heating, ventilation, and massage, and a second console and entertainment system, for the rear passengers. With an expansive, 17.7-foot-long body — and Escalade ESV models extending all the way to 18.9 feet long — everyone along for the ride will have plenty of space to stretch out.

Powerful Performance

There’s plenty to consider when shopping for a Cadillac Escalade, including the parallel Escalade ESV models that offer a modestly-extended cab for extra legroom and cargo space. The powertrain provides still more choices, with five of the six trim levels offering both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. The V-Series, meanwhile, sits at the top of the range with its standard all-wheel drive, hustled along by a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that produces a staggering 682 horsepower and 653 LB-FT of torque.
