I brought in a 2010 Hummer H3 for warranty...

I brought in a 2010 Hummer H3 for warranty work. Everyone in the service department is excellent from communication with customers to quality of work, especially Warren. My car was in for an electrical issue, oil change and tire rotation. I was notified that a needed part wasn't available till the following day so I wouldn't get my car back until then. It wasn't a problem because Central Cadillac was kind enough to give me a loaner to use. The only issue I had was after I picked the car up, I realized that the oil change and tire rotation was not done. It was disappointing because the car was in the shop for two full days, mostly just sitting around because the part wasn't available. Taking the car in isn't very convenient since it's about 30 minutes from my home and the car's mileage was a bit overdue for the oil change anyway. Now I'll need to find someone else to do the job and have my car tied up once again. Like I said earlier, overall I am very happy with the service at Central Cadillac, however in this circumstance, it's unfortunate the oil change wasn't completed.

Hello, Thank you for reminding me to comment. As always, when I visit Central Cadillac for any reason the staff,service are prices are unbeatable. In particular Mark,and Ken have gone far above their duties to help and answering any question I may have asked. This in and of itself demonstrates wit and experience. The kind of integrity that compliments the car. I made an appointment to have my tires replaced with the vogue the tire, and was offered coffee, tea, and a free car wash. I even got a chance to look at a new vehicle (hummm). At any rate, I am so glad to have discovered Central Cadillac, as I have been driving these cars for well over 30 years, and have never experienced this quality of professionalism.
